Yesterday I had my top wisdom teeth removed, and I was extremely nervous because it was my first surgery. The entire staff and oral surgeon was so kind, patient, and understanding. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and helped calm my anxiety before the procedure. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing, and everything went smoothly. I can’t thank everyone enough for taking such great care of me and for giving me advice before my surgery. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed. Thank you all for making what I thought would be a scary experience so much easier!

Cannot recommend them enough. Anything dental makes me incredibly anxious. I have never had a tooth pulled and was a nervous wreck. Every single person I came into contact with handled me with such care, so much so that it left an impression. I want to specifically shout out Jennifer. She’s wonderful at her job and such a great person to be a first point of contact. Also my extraction took less than ten seconds, no joke, and they called to check on me the next day. As I said, can’t recommend this place enough :) Thank you for making a negative situation such a positive experience!

Needed a tooth extracted, could not be saved , got 70 years out of it, a back moler #2 , called East Tennessee Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, P.C. . The Whole Staff was Very Kind and Helpful. Dr Troy A. Trondson did my extraction with sedation. Very Pleased with my results, The Office did a follow-up with me also , I Am giving All of Them a 5 STAR 🌟 REVIEW.

I’m very please with the service I received from ETOMS in Knoxville. The staff is very friendly. Jennifer was very thorough when going over the procedures and the aftercare. The doctor was very personable and answered all my daughter’s questions. The office is very clean and inviting. All around it was a very great experience. I highly recommend ETOMS for any of your oral surgery needs.

I have great respect for Dr. Widlowski and all the staff at ETOMS. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting as soon as you enter the office. I'm always treated with respect and everybody is always so cheerful and helpful and THEY LISTEN to you when you have questions or concerns. You just feel good with their friendliness, upbeat energy, and a genuine caring for you as a patient and as a person that you often don't get elsewhere. I have had many implants done by Dr. Widlowski and I honestly feel good when I meet with him. He explains everything in terms I can understand that is going to occur with the implant process. I'm grateful and appreciate the time he takes with me. I acknowledge that he and all the ETOMS staff are wonderful, caring people and that they do everything they can to ensure you receive the best care they can provide. So, yes, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility for your dental needs. I think you will not be disappointed. But, if you do feel disappointed about your dental experience, then take the time to explain your disappointment and I can assure you that they will do everything possible to correct the situation. Great place! Great people!
